RETURNS POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for incorrect sizing, as size guides are provided prior to purchase on product pages and/or via our Instagram.
However, order details may be amended if you contact us immediately after placing your order and before dispatch.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for faulty items and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. All items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved. Proof of purchase is required.

SHIPPING POLICY
UK Orders
Domestic UK orders are dispatched within 1–10 working days, unless stated as a pre-order.
International Orders
International orders are dispatched within 1–10 working days, unless stated as a pre-order. Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs clearance in your destination country.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order drops, dispatch timelines will begin after a production period of approximately 5–8 weeks.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs authorities.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched. Any claims must be raised directly with the courier. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure this information is correct.
If an incorrect address is submitted, we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. If you need to amend your delivery details, please contact us immediately after placing your order so changes can be made prior to dispatch.
